On June 1, 2017, the Future Energy Jobs Act became law in Illinois. Between now and 2030, about $200 million per year will be made available to drive the construction of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in Illinois. This will result in a projected $15 billion in wind and solar development, and deliver more than $4 billion in consumer savings. And it will create tens of thousands of jobs.

Learn more about how to leverage the opportunities of the Future Energy Jobs Act and how it can help your community! Attend this second round of meetings and choose from two of five workshops proposed:

Workshop I – What is community solar and what are its benefits?
Workshop II – How to work with municipal utilities and rural electric cooperatives.
Workshop III – What is the Solar for All program, and why is it important?
Workshop IV – I have a project in mind. What do I need to know to get it in the ground?
Workshop V – How do I get into the solar field, and what qualifications do I need to have?
