Ask Congress to repeal dangerous CCS subsidies!

Carbon capture, transport, and storage (CCS) can risk public health and safety, damage cropland, pollute water, and take people's land. CCS is not possible without federal subsidies provided by 45Q of the IRS tax code.

The Institute for Energy, Economics, and Financial Analysis has demonstrated that, if left unchecked, these subsidies could ballon to nearly $3 trillion by 2050.
